1. Ensure our system has your complete & correct contact information:
1a. If you are not receiving our News Updates emails (from info@AlbemarleGop.org):
i. Go to AlbemarleGop.org/newsletter
ii. Fill in all of the boxes, including a personal email address (which must be unique compared to your spouse), your mobile phone number, and your complete US Street Address.
iii. Check the box next to News Updates
iv. Click the Submit button
v. If the system tells you that the email address is already taken, follow the instructions under 1b.
vi. Look for an email from "Albemarle County Republican Committee" (albemarlegop@advocacyalerts.com). If you do not see it in your Inbox, check your Spam folder. Click on the link in that email to confirm your email address.
1b. If you are receiving our News Updates emails (from info@AlbemarleGop.org) or you have an account on AlbemarleGop.org:
i. If you have ever logged into AlbemarleGop.org and remember the email address and password, then go there, LOGIN, and then use My Account -> My Profile to update your contact information, but do not change the email address. Otherwise continue to step ii.
ii. Go to AlbemarleGop.org/user/password
iii. Enter your email address - the one that receives the News Updates emails.
iv. Click the submit button
v. Look for an email from "Albemarle County Republican Committee" (albemarlegop@advocacyalerts.com). The subject should start with "Replacement login information for". If you do not see it in your Inbox, check your Spam folder.
vi. Click on the link in that email
vii. Click on the Log In button
viii. Fill in all of the boxes, including your Mobile phone number, Password, Confirmed Password, and complete US Street Address. Do not change the email address.
ix. Click on the Save button
x. Confirm that the information shown is correct. If it is not correct, click the Edit Profile button and fix what is wrong, but do not change the email address.
xi. If you encounter any problems, email webmaster@AlbemarleGop.org with a request for assistance.
2. Print a copy of the ACRC membership application form.
3. Fill in the blanks legibly. If you successfully submitted your contact information into the AlbemarleGop.org site, you can write "see AlbemarlgeGop.org" over the blanks for your US Street address and phone numbers. But do fill in your email address.
4a. Bring the completed form along with $35 dues payment to the next general ACRC meeting.
OR
4b. Mail the completed form along with a $35 check to the address stated on the bottom of the form.
5. The existing ACRC members will vote you in at the next general meeting.
