Phillip Riese was elected ACRC Chairman by acclamation on Feb. 11th, and he will preside over this meeting; ACRC Officers for Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer will be elected at this meeting by those whose member dues have been received by February 21, 2026.  Payment:  $35 to ACRC, mailed to P.O.
